Responsibilities include:
Assist with recruitment, appointments, re-appointments, promotions, and transfers of research staff.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for smooth employee transitions.
Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR data.
Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and academic/administrative stakeholders.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
