As a HR and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Handle payroll processing, leave administration, claims, and benefits management.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with MOM, CPF, and healthcare-related regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Oversee performance management, appraisal processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development, including mandatory healthcare compliance training (e.g., BCLS, Infection Control).
- Provide advice on HR-related matters, employee relations, and disciplinary issues.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration.
- Handle clinic/staff licensing renewals, contracts, and compliance with MOH or relevant healthcare authorities.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and confidentiality of sensitive records.
- Manage administrative support for audits, inspections, and healthcare accreditations.
- Support management with reports, data analysis, and recommendations.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- 3–5 years of HR and admin experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and MOM regulations.
