Position Summary: The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as managing administrative functions.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a background in palm oil, biofuel, palm oil feedstock or related business who can contribute to both HR and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management: Oversee and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance. Partner with department heads to develop and execute strategic HR plans that drive organizational effectiveness. Manage the full cycle of staffing, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Administer payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and manage HR-related documentation.
Administrative Management: Supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of five years of experience in human resources management or employee recruitment and palm oil/ biofuel/ palm oil feedstock or related business trading Bilingual proficiency both written and spoken to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
