Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analyzing regional market trends and practices, assessing program competitiveness, and developing solutions aligned with total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Leading program design discussions, annual deployment, post-implementation reviews, and continuous enhancements.
- Conducting market research, feasibility studies, and cost modeling to evaluate reward program trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Designing and implementing rewards programs, policies, and guidelines, providing strategic consultation to business and country HR leaders.
- Partnering with country HR teams to deliver tailored rewards solutions, gather feedback, and ensure governance, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Managing position evaluations, developing salary structures, and conducting compensation competitiveness analyses to guide salary budgeting and talent strategies.
- Collaborating with HRIS on digitalization initiatives and with Finance on program budgeting across the region.
- Driving compensation and benefits projects, initiatives, and other related responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in regional roles spanning Consulting, Regional Operations, and Project Management within the Compensation & Benefits domain.
- Solid foundation in Compensation & Benefits systems and programs, with good analytical and qualitative problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, with excellent interpersonal and consultative skills across diverse cultural contexts and environments.
