Job Details:
- Financially Stable & Steady Growing company
- 5 days work week, Monday to Friday
- Timings : 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Company Transport is Provided (from Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan and Serangoon)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain internal and external sourcing partnerships to ensure timely, cost-effective hiring.
- Regularly review recruitment strategies and manage programs like graduate hires, internships, and job fairs.
- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and prepare personnel files.
- Handle government grant applications and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Support company events, CSR initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure HR and Admin compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR and admin duties as needed.
Job Requirement:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR and/or administrative support roles.
