Job Description:
- Training administration and coordination including registration, logistics, and evaluation.
- Maintaining of staff's training records and certification status.
- Conduct monthly performance review for new join with Supervisors.
- Manage the renewal of work passes and employee uniforms.
- Prepare & issue confirmation letter.
- Generate monthly reports.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- No prior experience may apply
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
