Job Description
- Facilitate administrative tasks and records updating, e.g. update personal particulars and manage personnel clearance for HR candidates and participants of various HR programmes and activities.
This includes liaising with internal stakeholders and using relevant HR systems.
- Customise and prepare certificates for participants of various HR programmes and activities.
Manage communication with different groups of HR candidates and programme/activity participants.
This includes drafting emails and replies, and mass collection of responses.
Assist in the preparation and execution of HR events such as interview boards, engagement sessions, career fairs, activity camps and ceremonies.
- eFile and re-organise archives in relevant repositories on both internal and external storage platforms
