Handle employee data management such as posting job advertisements to portals
Responsible for the generation of Employee staff card
Handling the creation of Employment Certificates and answering staff enquiries
Responsible for processing Re‐appointment letters for staff
Compiling and verifying staff records and documents in HR system
Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
Responsible for meeting KPIs
Address to customer issues promptly
Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
Qualities We Value
1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
Diploma and above.
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
Good written and communication skills
Able to multitask and is Tech Savvy
Quick learner and a team player
Meticulous in record keeping
Able to work independently
Able to multi‐task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services
Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage
