Up to $3300 + PB
Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 6pm
Location: Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle Service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle employee data management such as posting job advertisements to job portals.
- Responsible for the generation of employee staff cards.
- Manage the creation of employment certificates and attend to staff enquiries.
- Process re-appointment letters for staff.
- Compile and verify staff records and documents in the HR system.
- Ensure smooth running of HR operations in accordance with prescribed policies, standard operating procedures, and customer expectations.
- Accountable for meeting KPIs.
- Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Diploma and above; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and tech-savvy.
- Quick learner and a strong team player.
- Meticulous in record-keeping.
- Able to work independently.
- Capable of handling workload during peak periods and providing backup support to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage.
