What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable, future-ready HR processes tailored to client and organizational needs.
- Analyze and re-engineer existing HR operations to identify opportunities for efficiency, digital enablement, and employee-centric improvement.
- Facilitate transformation programs that enable seamless adoption of new ways of working and cultural change across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with HR, business, and technology partners to ensure alignment between people strategies and organizational goals.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in HR transformation, process design, or operating model redesign.
- Strong proficiency in Employee Lifecycle Management and Human-Centric Talent & HR Process Design.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into practical, outcome-driven HR solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and change-management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
