Job Description

The People, Performance & Culture team ensures the effective delivery of all Human Resource activities in the firm.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Compensation & Benefits team.

As an intern, you will be supporting areas related to: Compensation & Benefits, Performance Development (PD) and People Initiatives Projects.

As a Compensation & Benefits intern, your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Support the team in day-to-day benefits and PD administration, providing operational support in the smooth delivery of HR services to the business
  • Support the team on the annual review exercises, including budget, appraisals
  • Assist and resolving staff queries for benefits and PD related issues
  • Assist and manage employee benefit roadshows and events
  • Assist and maintain benefits and PD related intranet pages
  • Manage corporate discounts with vendors
  • Maintain and update files and databases
  • Assist in reporting and analytics
  • Assist in working with the internal communications team to coordinate employee activities / programmes
  • Participate and assist in team projects and ad hoc duties assigned
