The Role

We are expanding our global network of freelance HR consultants and advisors to support organisations on their most pressing people and talent priorities.

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in HR, organisational development, or learning and development consulting.

You are a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, comfortable diagnosing challenges, shaping strategy, and providing practical, scalable solutions.

You are experienced in areas such as skills development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and leadership capability, and you know how to bridge strategy with execution.

Above all, you care about building stronger organisations and helping people thrive at work.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with HR and L&D teams to assess needs and design solutions that improve skills, engagement, and performance.

  • Provide consulting on workforce transformation, talent strategy, employee experience, and leadership development.

  • Support organisations in evaluating and implementing learning and development programs.

  • Advise business leaders on change management, organisational design, and people development.

  • Contribute insights to the Skills U community of experts, sharing knowledge and best practices.

The Profile

We Are Looking For Consultants Who

  • Bring at least 8 years’ experience in HR, organisational development, or L&D consulting.

  • Have strong knowledge of HR strategy, people development, and workforce transformation.

  • Are trusted advisors with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Can design and deliver people strategies that are both practical and measurable.

  • Have experience working across industries or with senior HR stakeholders.

  • Thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments and care about helping organisations and people succeed.
