This role is ideal for fresh diploma or degree graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the HR industry.

No prior HR experience?

No problem We will provide on-the-job training and mentorship to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support & Guidance: Assist in addressing client inquiries and provide HR support with guidance from senior team members.

  • Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with clients to understand their HR needs while learning to deliver practical, tailored solutions.

  • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for clients onto our HR systems and services.

  • Compliance Awareness: Learn about HR laws and regulations to eventually provide accurate advice and ensure clients remain compliant.

  • Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services while gaining exposure to various HR functions.

  • Reporting & Insights: Assist in preparing reports and analyses to help clients improve their HR operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally in HR.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with an eagerness to take initiative.

  • Able to work both independently and in a team.

  • Openness to visiting client sites when required.
