HR Administrator
Working Hour: 8am - 5pm
Working Day: Mon - Fri
Location: New Industrial Road (2 bus stops from Tai Seng MRT Stn)
Basic Salary: $2400-$2800
Responsibilities:
- HR Management inclusive of: Record Keeping & Compliance, Recruitment Support, Foreign work pass application / renewals / cancellation, Onboarding & Orientation, Payroll & Benefits Administration, HR Documentation, Employee Relations, Training Coordination, HR Systems Management & etc.
(Need to have basic knowledge of MOM application and CPF contribution) - Responsible for managing the company’s insurance matters, including the renewal and upkeep of building, vehicle, and employee insurance policies.
- Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Executive
Qualifications:
- GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent in HR Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or similar industries.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the Construction Sector is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
