Job description

Responsibilities
Lead in the strategic planning and execution of the recruitment function.


Lead, mentor, and supervise recruitment teams to ensure timely, effective, and high-quality hiring.


Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-level or hard-to-fill roles.


Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports and analysis.


Implement and maintain recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.


Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent sourcing strategies.


Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.


Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring efforts.


Assist in employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.


Represent the recruitment function in cross-functional HR projects and strategic planning sessions.


Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5–7 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
2+ years in a leadership or management role within a recruitment or HR team
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices
Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
