The firm is now seeking a HR Director to join its leadership team and play a role in evolving their people practices.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will lead the firm’s human capital strategy and strengthen its people infrastructure to support long-term growth.
Supported by an Assistant HR Manager, this is a hands‑on yet strategic role that blends policy development, leadership advisory, and day‑to‑day people management.
You are an experienced HR professional with 10-15 years of experience ideally within professional services, legal, or other knowledge‑driven environments.
You should be comfortable partnering directly with business leaders, balancing advisory depth with practical execution.
