Our client is a well-established Singapore law firm known for its deep local roots and trusted advisory expertise.

With close to 80 employees today, the firm is continuing to grow in both size and sophistication.

The firm is now seeking a
HR Director
to join its leadership team and play a role in evolving their people practices.


About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will lead the firm’s human capital strategy and strengthen its people infrastructure to support long-term growth.

Supported by an Assistant HR Manager, this is a
hands‐on yet strategic role
that blends policy development, leadership advisory, and day‐to‐day people management.


Key Responsibilities
Shaping the firm’s HR vision and aligning people strategy with partnership goals.


Building progressive HR policies, compensation structures, and career pathways.


Advising Partners and senior lawyers on performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.


Guiding recruitment, retention, and succession planning efforts for both legal and business support teams.


Coaching and developing the Assistant HR Manager to ensure operational excellence.


What We Are Looking For
You are an experienced HR professional with 10-15 years of experience ideally within professional services, legal, or other knowledge‐driven environments.

You should be comfortable partnering directly with business leaders, balancing advisory depth with practical execution.
