Job Responsibilities
- Partner with HODs/Team Leads on end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, salary proposals, onboarding/offboarding)
- Support recruitment branding via outreach and drives to build talent pipelines
- Handle employee relations: grievances, disciplinary, PIPs, engagement matters
- Advise on HR policies and procedures to enhance communication & performance
- Facilitate and take minutes at staff engagement sessions
- Manage work pass applications/renewals for foreign hires
- Assist with performance management reviews
- Participate in HRIS implementation/testing
- Support HR projects, surveys, and administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
- Min.
2–3 years’ HR Business Partnering experience - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, resourceful, and self-driven with good time management
