HR Executive (Recruitment Focus)

Overview

Trainocate, a leading learning and professional development organization serving the tech sector, is seeking an energetic and resourceful HR Executive (Recruitment Focus) to join our team.

The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and providing operational HR support.

This role plays a key part in sourcing and attracting talent, supporting workforce development programs and ensuring smooth HR processes such as attendance and leave management.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and passionate about talent acquisition and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and coordination with relevant departments.

  • Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers, department leads, and external partners to stay informed of evolving talent requirements.

  • Conduct market research to identify talent trends and provide insights that help shape recruitment strategies and program effectiveness.

  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, data protection regulations, and Trainocate's recruitment policies, ensuring accurate and confidential documentation.

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

  • Collaborate with program managers to recruit participants for the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and other company-led training programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives and industry needs.

HR Operational Support

  • Maintain and update employee attendance records, ensuring timely updates and reporting discrepancies.

  • Review and verify employee claims for accuracy and compliance.

  • Administer leave applications and maintain accurate leave records.

  • Respond to employee queries related to claims and leave management.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and general HR support.

  • Experience with career conversion programs, talent development initiatives, or similar workforce transformation activities is highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment tools.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
