Summary:
The HR Support Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes across Singapore and Malaysia.
This is a contractual role and immediate availability or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment: screen resumes, schedule interviews.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and requisition forms for approval.
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support hiring logistics.
- Support employee inquiries on policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Support in coordinating employee engagement activities.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, claims, and benefits.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore and Malaysia labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Recruitment ATS and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Malay or Mandarin) are a plus.
