Job Description
- Handle all payroll-related and employee data with discretion, ensuring compliance and accuracy with company policies and local data protection regulations.
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- Statutory contributions and submission – NS Claims, Government-paid leave claims, any other training grant.
- Responsible for the coordination and administration of employee welfare and benefit programmes such as leave administration, insurance policies renewal, medical card, staff pass, medical expense claims submission, etc.
- Support offboarding processes including final pay computation, benefits termination, and exit formalities.
- Collaborate with HR to plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives such as company events, team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee appreciation days.
- Participate in HR-related projects and Office Services assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.
Work Experience & Qualification
- Min 2 years of payroll experience, processing high volume headcount will be an added advantage.
- Experience in HRM and familiar with Singapore Employment Act
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in MS Excel
- Strong office organization and administration skill
- Good communication skills
- Systematic, able to manage filing/database system efficiently
- Experience with SAP Success Factor / TimeSoft preferred.
