As a HR Executive, Learning and Development, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborate with Business Units to conduct comprehensive learning needs analyses, identifying both current and future requirements aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) process, including training plan development, delivery methods, stakeholder and vendor coordination, course registration, programme evaluation, grant/bond administration, and vendor payment (invoice validation and budget reconciliation).
- Build partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning and national agencies to coordinate internships, professional attachments, and scholarship programmes.
- Administer the training reimbursements, ensuring full compliance with documentation and submission requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records, including tracking, reporting, and responding to audits or training-related surveys from internal or external stakeholders.
- Support talent development and succession planning by implementing structured and tailored succession plans for identified high-potential employees.
- Facilitate onboarding by designing orientation content and materials, and by analysing feedback and data to enhance the new hire experience.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
