HR Executive needed at Tampines - 5 days work week
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis to ensure market and industry competitiveness
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with progressive wage model
Manage medical, health insurance, work injury compensation, leave administration etc.
Submit Government-Paid leaves such as Maternity, Paternity, and childcare leave as required
Support performance appraisal exercise, and administer reward distribution
Assist in the execution of the annual remuneration cycle, including salary reviews and adjustments
Partner and liaise with stakeholders both internal and external on compensation and benefits related matters
Add any other duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor
Job Requirements:
Only Singaporean need to apply
Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
