We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join us.
The successful candidate will assist in managing full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
· Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening candidates, arranging interviews and background screening
· Work closely with department heads to make reasonable recruitment plans and address HR-related concerns
· Employee Lifecycle Management including onboarding and offboarding processes, orientation, probation confirmation and exit procedures
· Manage Learning & Development including yearly training analysis, compile training budget, coordinate trainings and maintaining training records
· Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, IRAS tax filings and administer employee benefits, attendance and leave management using HR software
· Prepare and maintain HR reports, records and documentation
· Assist in performance management and employee development programs
· Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
· Ensure compliance with local employment laws and WSH regulations
Requirements
· Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or related field
· At least 3 years of experience in HR & administrative roles, preferably in an IT recruitment environment
· Strong knowledge of local employment laws, CPF, IRAS and MOM regulations
· Proficient with MS Office suite and familiar with Paymaster payroll software is a plus
· Meticulous and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff
