Responsibilities
You will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Your expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition will be crucial, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews, extending job offers, and onboarding new employees.
This involves maintaining fresh and compelling job listings, identifying quality candidate profiles, and providing timely updates and responses to talent pools at critical touchpoints, all while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes.
In this role, you will source and attract potential candidates through various platforms and online channels, including social platforms, professional networks, career fairs, and recruitment events.
You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives to promote our company as an employer of choice, participating in activities aimed at establishing us as a Best Place to Work.
