You will be part of HR Team in a fast-moving SME, which has a diverse group of local and foreign employees.
You are expected to work closely and cohesively with every member in the HR Team in all aspects of HR.
Responsibilities:
Act as a HR business partner, liaise with internal customers on their HR needsInvolved in Recruitment ie.
candidate profiling, interview scheduling, selection process, salary recommendation, onboardingPrepare employee letters ie.
letter of appointment, confirmation, salary change, promotion, etc.Manage and update employee database on a timely and accurate basisInvolved in employee benefits administration including claimsInvolved in employee training administration including training registration and training grant claimsSubmit MOM required reportsProcess work pass for foreignersParticipate in any HR work and project assigned by the manager Requirements:
Diploma/Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HRGood understanding of HR practices including Employment ActGood organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination workGood working attitude & is self-drivenAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to write and speak fluently in English and ChineseProficient with Microsoft Office applications
