Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support across all Human Resources (HR) disciplines, encompassing talent acquisition, payroll administration, rewards, and remuneration, as well as fostering employee growth and facilitating leaving and joining formalities.Oversee the complete lifecycle of Work Pass transactions, ensuring meticulous handling of applications, renewals, and terminations.Coordinate and implement employee training initiatives, including the introduction of new hires and ongoing internal communication efforts.
Offer assistance for the broad array of HR tasks as required.
