Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate will have 3 7 years of experience in core HR functions, including recruitment , employee engagement, and HR operations.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting internal hiring, managing employee relations, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal recruitment and support seamless onboarding processes.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Execute day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and employee records.
  • Build and sustain strong interpersonal relationships across the organization.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication to convey HR policies and resolve queries.
  • Practice active listening to understand employee concerns and provide appropriate support.
