Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
Job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection
Coordinate with management on manpower needs
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
Conduct employee orientation and ensure proper induction procedures
Employee Records and HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in Ms word, Ms excel and physical file Company organization chart
Prepare HR forms such as job application form, leave form and hr related forms required
Add, delete member from insurance policy, renewal of yearly insurance such as company property insurances, outpatient medical and work injury compensation.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
Handle monthly payroll processing and distribute monthly payslips
Manage employee leave records such as off in lieu, annual leave, medical leave, no pay leave etc
Others
Arrange frontline monthly roster and check their monthly timesheets
Distribute to employees building access card
Arrange and monitor office part-time cleaner job duties
Stationery requisition
