Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support the company's human resource functions.
The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, training coordination, staff welfare administration—including dormitory and leave management—and other HR-related activities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and track staff training programs to ensure compliance and skill development.
- Oversee staff dormitory arrangements, ensuring proper allocation and upkeep.
- Administer staff leave records and ensure accurate documentation and timely updates.
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in HR initiatives and events to promote employee engagement and welfare.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- O level, A level, Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and local employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
