Job Descriptions:

Creating HR policies, procedures, and systems that are aligned with the business goals of the company
Ensure compliance with both HR regulations and employment laws
Work closely with the Operations team and Marketing team
Provide advice on HR-related matters to management
Ensure that HR and payroll administration is accurate and reliable and that employee files are well
organized
government and tax submissions
Administration MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation, tax clearance & other related matters
Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Handle all other HR matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
1.
Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Possessed at least Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Management/Administration
