We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic team.
This role is key in managing day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll administration and recruitment activities to support a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Maintain HR records, employee data, and leave administration.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on exposure to payroll and recruitment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and payroll systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
