Our Client, a reputable MNC and leading construction company will like to invite applicants with relevant experience to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Reporting to HR HOD
• Develop and manage training programs, workshops, continuing education, and industrial visits.
• Handle recruitment, work pass applications/renewals, and foreign worker onboarding.
• Maintain HR records, verify payroll for freelancers/interns, and process affiliated entity payroll.
• Administer employee engagement surveys and support HR audits.
• Coordinate corporate health screenings, insurance renewals, and employee medical claims.
• Support HR operations including re-employment, retirement, flexible work arrangements, and leave.
• Provide HR documentation for tender submissions and contribute to staff well-being and ESG initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc HR duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
