Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment — job posting, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database
Manage monthly payroll processing, including CPF, SDL, income tax, and other statutory contributions
Handle staff attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations
Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF Board, IRAS) for submissions and compliance matters
Assist in performance appraisal, training coordination, and staff engagement activities
Provide support in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with Employment Act
Assist in other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with recruitment and payroll exposure
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements (CPF, SDL, IRAS, MOM)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
