What You’ll Do

  • Discover, engage, and assess potential hires to drive our growth
  • Proactively manage end-to-end recruitment, from outreach to onboarding
  • Craft clear, compelling job descriptions and support employer branding efforts
  • Optimize hiring processes and improve candidate experience through data-driven insights
  • Represent SearchAsia at career fairs and campus events to build talent pipelines
  • Contribute to internal ad-hoc talent projects and strategies that strengthen our team
