Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
- Oversee recruitment operations: assess hiring needs, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Handle work pass administration, including application, renewal, cancellation, and appeals processes.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding activities: conduct orientation sessions, update employee records, and manage end of probation processes.
- Assist in developing salary and benefits plans by conducting market analysis and benchmarking.
- Manage employee welfare activities, including insurance claims and leave management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel data within the HR system.
- Review HR policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and assist in streamlining internal processes.
- Support employee engagement through communication initiatives, benefit program reviews, and managing inquiries.
- Coordinate training and development programs, ensuring proper attendance tracking and administration of grant applications.
- Provide administrative assistance in performance review processes to align with a high-performing culture.
- Handle general office administration tasks including liaising with external service providers on office equipment, supplies and transportation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in an HR capacity.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Familiarity with Employment Act, CPF, and guidelines from government agencies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a hands-on approach.
- Results-oriented, resourceful, meticulous, and resilient.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
