Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment & HR Operations Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR operations across the APAC region.
This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering high-quality HR shared services to employees and managers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam).
Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy and organization in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools.Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and interviewers, coordinating virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones.Manage interview logistics including room bookings, video conferencing setup, and candidate travel arrangements.Support recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring activities as needed.Screen résumés and candidates to assess minimum qualifications.Track and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.Advertise and manage job postings on job boards, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant listingsManage pre-onboarding & onboarding processes for Singapore and Malaysia, including background checks, medical health screenings, and employment contracts.Oversee offboarding processes for Singapore and Malaysia, including exit surveys and documentation.Maintain and update HRIS data for Singapore, Malaysia, Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam)Provide first-level HR support via ServiceNow for Singapore, Malaysia, and Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam)Compile and maintain APAC HR KPI Dashboard on a monthly basisPerform other assigned HR tasks as needed
