Our client is a well-established European company in the high-tech industrial sector.
They are currently looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Singapore.
This will be a 2-year contract role with the possibility of renewal or conversion.
About The Job
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Managing employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and best practices.
- Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding to enhance employee experience.
- Handling compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and reports for auditing and strategic decision-making.
- Assisting in performance management processes to drive employee development.
Skills And Experience Required
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a HR generalist position
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations, including work pass administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven, adaptable, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
