- Basic Salary: $3,200 – $4,500 (Commensurate with experience) + AWS + Variable Bonuses

They are currently seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance.
The role ensures regulatory compliance, contributes to HR initiatives, and manages training, benefits, and records in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Provide daily support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and performance management
- Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with local labor laws and tripartite guidelines
- Change Management: Support and implement organizational change and workforce transformation initiatives
- Project Management: Lead or contribute to HR projects from planning to execution
- Records & Systems: Maintain employee records, HRIS, and documentation for audit and compliance
- Training & Engagement: Coordinate employee development and engagement activities
- Policy Review: Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Possess 2–5 years' experience in generalist or HRBP roles
- Familiar with local labor laws and HR best practices
- Able to support HR initiatives and drive organizational change
- Skilled in HRIS and tools like Info-Tech and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills with a practical approach to resolving HR issues
- Possess IHRP-CP or SHRM-CP certification is a plus but not mandatory
