Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our Singapore operations and act as a key advisor for HR policies and compliance.
The role will work closely with our global team, providing guidance on Singapore's employment regulations, HR practices, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advisory support on Singapore employment laws, HR policies, and best practices to align with company and China HQ requirements.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Partner with line managers to address employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate HR projects such as compensation reviews, employee engagement activities, and training initiatives.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Act as the HR point of contact for Singapore employees while liaising with China HR for alignment and reporting.
- Stay updated on changes in Singapore labor legislation and provide proactive advice to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR compliance, and MOM regulations.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Stakeholder.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to advise management confidently.
