Job Description
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments.
- Administer the recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Conduct orientation programme for new hires.
- Handle general HR-related queries from staff and provide basic policy guidance.
- Prepare HR reports and statistics for IT Management
- Perform registration of training courses
- Perform general HR admin duties such as submission of dependent pass application for employment pass holder staff, administer the issuance of visitor accounts to non-NUS staff (contractors, vendors), assign DID for zoom calls etc
- Manage HR-related procurement (e.g. headsets, business cards)
- Participate in people engagement (staff/student) projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager or department head
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- No experience required
- Strong communication (verbal & written), analytical and interpersonal skills
- High standards of service and output
- Strong organisation, problem-solving and time management skills
- Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office applications and productivity tools
