What You will Be Doing
You'll rotate across 3 key HR pillars so you leave with a 360° experience:
Recruitment
- Craft and post fun, engaging job ads on top job portals
- Help draft employment documents (offer letters, contracts & more)
- Coordinate interviews & connect with awesome candidates
Retraining
- Propose cool training courses for team growth
- Collect & compile feedback to measure training impact
- Work with leads to evaluate post-training performance
Retention
- Support staff benefits & leave schemes
- Learn how leave policies align with MOM regulations
- Prep leave reports for payroll
- Help organize team bonding events, festive celebrations & CSR activities

- Full-time student in HRM or related discipline
- Genuinely interested in Recruitment, Retraining & Retention
- Great communicator with a proactive mindset
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Team player who can also work independently
- Able to commit full-time for at least 4 months
