The International French School (Singapore) is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team immediately.
This role is a great chance to learn about Human Resources and support our daily operations.
You'll gain practical experience in various HR functions, helping us ensure our team runs smoothly.
Support Recruitment Efforts: You'll help us find great new talent! This involves posting job openings online, organizing resumes, and helping to schedule interviews with candidates.
Assist with New Employee Onboarding: When new people join us, you'll help make sure they have a smooth start.
This includes preparing their welcome materials and organizing necessary paperwork.
Maintain HR Records: Keeping our employee information accurate is crucial.
You'll help update and organize employee files, both digital and physical, in our HR systems.
Support Training and Development: You'll play a part in setting up training catalog and improving processes
Help with HR Projects: From time to time, we have special HR projects.
You'll jump in to support these initiatives.
Provide General HR Support: You'll help with various day-to-day tasks that keep the HR department running efficiently
Currently enrolled in HR, Business, Management or related studies
Excellent communication skills
Proactive, reliable, curious, and a good team player eager to learn
Duration: 6 months

Assister à l'Intégration des Nouveaux Employés (Onboarding) : Lorsque de nouvelles personnes nous rejoignent, vous contribuerez à ce qu'elles aient un démarrage en douceur.
