HR Internship (Mid Dec 2025 to End June 2026) Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring WSA


Job description

With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation to reach more people, more effectively.

As a HR Intern, you will focus on supporting and executing key human resource initiatives, including employee engagement, internship program management, and campus recruitment activities.

You will collaborate closely with the HR team and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of HR projects.

This role offers valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, project management, and cross-functional teamwork within a dynamic business environment.

What you will do

  • Oversee the end-to-end internship process, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding of interns
  • Support the organization and execution of campus recruitment activities, including participation in university career fairs and related events
  • Contribute to C&B-related projects and assist in data management and analysis as needed
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Provide assistance on various HR projects and perform administrative tasks as required.


What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is a plus.
