Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team.


This internship offers you hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding.


You’ll gain exposure to real-world recruitment strategies, work closely with hiring managers and clients, and develop essential HR and business communication skills.


This is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about people, business growth, and career development — and want to kickstart a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.


Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Support Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and university networks.


Review resumes, shortlist potential candidates, and schedule interviews.


Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate engagement and follow-ups.


Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).


Candidate and Client Engagement Assist with coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates to ensure a smooth experience.


Support the recruitment team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.


Participate in recruitment meetings and contribute fresh ideas to improve processes.


Employer Branding and Events Support career fairs, recruitment drives, and engagement initiatives with universities and partners.


Assist in creating social media content and marketing materials to promote job openings and employer branding campaigns.


Administrative and Project Support Assist in documentation, reports, and compliance requirements in line with employment standards.


Work with team members to streamline workflows and enhance the overall recruitment process.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media or recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.
