Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced HR Lead to drive and oversee all aspects of people and culture at Libeara.
This role is central to shaping our organisational development, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
You will be responsible for HR strategy and hands-on operations, working closely with leadership to support our fast-growing team.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Advisory
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Provide HR advisory support to management on organisational structures, policies, and culture
- Drive initiatives to build and sustain an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, grievances, and workplace concerns
- Lead investigations, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions in line with company policies and employment laws
- Promote a safe and transparent “speak-up” culture, ensuring employee voices are heard and acted upon
Talent Management & Development
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Develop and implement learning & development programs, performance management frameworks, and career development pathways
- Partner with managers to identify high-potential talent and succession planning needs
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR systems with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure HR policies and processes comply with local labour laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., MOM, CPF, data privacy laws)
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and reporting dashboards for management and regulators
Culture & Engagement
- Drive initiatives around employee engagement, well-being, and recognition programs
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts within the organisation
- Organise team-building activities, culture programs, and internal communications to strengthen workplace cohesion
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager/Lead role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, labour regulations, and HR best practices
- Proven experience handling employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Experience in scaling HR operations for a startup, fintech, or technology environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently, handle sensitive issues with confidentiality, and balance both strategic and operational HR tasks
