- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, including workforce planning, HR metrics analysis, and advisory to senior management.
- Review and enforce HR policies in line with labour laws, manage contracts and statutory reporting, and monitor workplace safety compliance.
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture, organize engagement and wellness programs, and support change management.
- Lead recruitment, build talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and implement retention strategies.
- Maintain strong employee relations, manage grievances and disciplinary matters, oversee performance appraisals, and support KPI setting.
- Identify training needs, design and deliver development programs, oversee onboarding, evaluate effectiveness, and support succession planning.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions; ensure competitiveness; and drive recognition and reward initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, and support audits and external compliance requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Relevant working experience in F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
