What You'll Be Driving

As our HR Manager, you'll be at the heart of our people strategy — driving impactful initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

You'll partner with leadership to create a high-performance culture, leveraging data, digital tools, and human insight to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

  • Manage the full employee's lifecycle from talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management, employee relations to offboarding
  • Partner closely with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Provide advice to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, employment laws and compliance matters
  • Responsible for the maintenance and updates of employee records promptly and accurately in the HRIS system
  • Administer HR programs and processes including payroll and leave management
  • Oversea the administration of internship programmes and government grants
  • Track and mange HR budget and manpower planning
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the business objectives
  • Support internal and external audits and government surveys
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Support employee engagement, communication and wellness initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and performance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 6-10 years of HR generalist/ business partnering experience, with good exposure to recruitment, preferably in the telecommunication or technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, MOM guidelines and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced SME / growth company environment
  • Analytical, meticulous, self-motivated and resilient to change
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
