Role Summary/Purpose
Suntar is seeking a strategic HR Manager to lead and evolve our end-to-end HR operations.
You will be instrumental in building a strong HR foundation that supports organizational growth, enables operational excellence, and fosters a supportive, people-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
- Implement and optimize HR flow for efficient HR operations and reporting
- Develop and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Manage end-to-end recruitment strategy and selection process
- Foster a high-performance culture through structured performance management systems
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, feedback, and conflict resolution
- Promote employee engagement, development, motivation, and retention strategies
- Plan and manage training programs based on organizational and individual development needs
- Maintain compensation structure and benefits program aligned with market benchmarks
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR practices and policies
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end HR spectrum, preferably as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Experience in navigating cross-cultural settings across global or regional teams is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in HR workflow optimization, succession planning, organizational development, and workforce planning
- Solid understanding of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
