As the company continues its international expansion, they are seeking a HR Manager to build the company’s HR foundations from the ground up.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape frameworks, policies, and people practices for a rapidly scaling & innovation‑driven organisation.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a central role in establishing HR structures, processes, and frameworks that will guide the company’s next phase of growth.
Supported by an HR Executive who manages day‑to‑day operations, you get to focus on building scalable systems that strengthen the company’s people and culture strategy.
We welcome HR professionals with 5–8 years of experience within fast‑growing environments.
Prior experience in the robotics or manufacturing industries would be advantageous though not necessary.
You should be comfortable building systems from scratch and balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
